What's that noise? ... What noise, I can't hear anything!

After trying to convince myself that I could put up with a problem affecting many N95's, I finally decided enough was enough and decided to take matters into my own hands! The long suffering community over at www.n95users.com will know that I am of course talking about that whistling / whining / high pitched squealing noise that some of us can hear and some of us can't!

I decided it was time to change the screen, as this was the most likely cause of the noise (a fault or a vibration resulting from the way it had been put together). To my surprise, the replacement screen went in without too many problems; although my heart was in my mouth most of the time I have to admit!
